    You agree not to use SchemaGenAI for:

    • Illegal activities or activities that violate any laws or regulations

    • Spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
    • Automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting (except as explicitly permitted by API)
    • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code
    • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
    • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
    • Creating content that violates others' rights or promotes discrimination
    • Overloading or disrupting the normal operation of the Service

    5. Intellectual Property Rights

    Our Content:

    SchemaGenAI and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UpveoWorks, its licensors, and other providers of such material.

    Your Content:

    You retain all rights to any content you submit to or create through SchemaGenAI. By using SchemaGenAI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

    Generated Schemas:

    Schema markup generated by SchemaGenAI based on your website content is provided for your use on your website. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws when using generated content.

    6. Subscription and Billing

    Paid Plans:

    If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis depending on your choice.

    Automatic Renewal:

    Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

    Refund Policy:

    7. Payment Processing

    We use Stripe for payment processing. All credit card and billing information is encrypted and processed securely through Stripe's PCI-compliant platform.

    You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchemaGenAI and UpveoWorks shall not be liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
    • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
    • Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
    • Any other damages or losses arising from your use of the Service

    Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    SchemaGenAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

    We make no warranty that:

    • The Service will meet your requirements
    • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
    • Generated schemas will be perfect or suitable for all use cases
    • Any defects in the Service will be corrected

    10. Service Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue SchemaGenAI at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of the Service.

    If we discontinue a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice and offer prorated refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.

    11. Account Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you:

    • Violate these Terms of Service
    • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
    • Harass or abuse other users or our staff
    • Fail to pay subscription fees

    You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UpveoWorks, SchemaGenAI, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

    13. Third-Party Services

    SchemaGenAI integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

    • Stripe for payment processing
    • OpenAI for schema generation
    • Google OAuth for authentication
    • Other service providers as needed

    We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

    14. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

    • Posting the updated terms on this page
    • Updating the "Last updated" date
    • Sending an email notification (for material changes)

    Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
